The hotel's location was super convenient, right by the subway, and the bathroom looked like it had been recently updated, which was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were really professional -- they even let us check in early at 2 pm! 🌆 Although the room felt a bit dim at night with only one table lamp, the overall cleanliness, friendliness of the housekeeping staff, and the smooth check-in experience definitely made up for it.

The total stay was very nice in rooms 640 and 643. My room was newly remodelled, fashionable and I met best staff, we had lovely communication. Central location of this great budget hotel was a bonus. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed to be within 2.0 km of Times Square. The restaurant was modest for dinner.

i had a lovely stay at the Doubletree. the staff were super nice, except for one person who was a bit rude. luckily, the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and conveniently located, making it easy to access everything i wanted to see.

The hotel's setting was central and the staff were attentive people at the reception desk. The property itself was in an excellent area, near to two subway stations and Rockefeller Center and the subway. The room was very spacious, comfy bed.

The king room was updated with luxury toiletries, down pillows-gorgeously comfy, a balcony. Generally everything was good, however the bathroom was disgusting. It had very central location close to a parish church.

The views were pretty bad.

The staff at this hotel were great, friendly, and very accommodating. They made sure our stay was amazing every morning. the location of the hotel is pretty good, making it easy to get around New York City. the restaurant provided an efficient link to all destinations on Manhattan and was close to the subway, allowing us to enjoy the major NYC attractions in a quieter area of the city.

The prices at the restaurant were quite high, especially for kids. It would be nice if they could offer more affordable options for families.

For a 4 star hotel everything was great, I loved to be here. The room met expectations, big with a nice view. The staff were courteous and polite as well, would come here again. The setting was favourable, adjacent to the subway, cool restaurants and Rockefeller Center.

We had a such great time here. We liked the hotel, it was pleasant and had fab location near airports and outside valets, Manhattan and restaurants, bars and many shops. East 50th Street bus station located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue was a plus. The service was excellent, including a quick check-in.

The vibrant Spanish dishes at Met Grill were pure bliss, while Urbanspace at 570 Lex offered a trendy foodie haven. The cozy ambiance of Cafe Today stole my heart.

Now, don't get me started on the check-in process. A long line snaked through the lobby, and I waited over AN HOUR just to get to the front desk.

Perfectly clean, top-notch hotel, there was a great lobby. The breakfast food was good, different choices to eat like fresh fruit, bread, yogurt, pastries and cheese.

The staff were absolutely incredible, from the front desk to the concierge. The location was perfect, with a metro station across the street and close to Times Square attractions. The room was clean and although it could use a bit of fresh paint, everything worked well. The cleaning staff was excellent, changing towels every night. The free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge area, restaurant, fitness centre, flat-screen TV. The lift was convenient, and the property had wheelchair access and allowed pets. The air conditioning was a welcome relief. The only downside was the room iron, which wasn't the best, but overall, our stay was mind-blowing!

Met Bar: The lively lounge in the lobby was a vibrant spot to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The atmosphere was so inviting, it felt like stepping into a stylish friend's living room, minus the need to tidy up afterwards.

We had a great experience at our hotel in NYC. the location was perfect, surrounded by well-known hotels but at a much more affordable price. the staff, especially Robert the bellman, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They organized our airport transfer and took care of our luggage. the doorman greeted us warmly every time we returned. the room was quiet and located on an upper floor, allowing us to get a good night's sleep. This is a rare find in NYC, and the hotel definitely delivered on this aspect. We also enjoyed the treat of warm freshly baked cookies at the end of the day.
